As we might have mentioned before Chile is a tricontinental country, it has part of america, antártica and oceania in its territory.
It is divided in three parts North, central, and south. In each region there are different places to visit which have beautiful landscapes and fun activities to do.

It is the driest desert in the world, as well as the only true dessert to receive less precipitation than the polar desserts. Most of the desert is composed of stony terrain, salt lakes (salares),sand , and felsic lava that flows towards the Andes.

Here in this part we can find chiles capital which is Santiago. Historically, it has been the main area of the country and it is where the most part of the population lives.  In addition, it concentrates the highest percentage of the country's economic productivity, due to its favorable Mediterranean and continental climate in the interior.
In this area we can find the three main cities of the country: the great Santiago, the Great Valparaiso and the Great Conception. Other important cities are Quillota, Los Andes, San Antonio, Melipilla, Rancagua, Talca, Curicó, Chillán and Los Angeles. Santiago and Valparaíso are the most politically important cities in the area and the country.

South:

This area is one of the most heterogeneous in terms of its landscapes and the performance of outdoor activities.
The South of Chile is characterized by having a high rate of rainfall and low temperatures in the winter. The further you move south, the more rainy and icy the weather becomes. In summer, the south is usually hot but also with rainfall all year.

And finally we cannot leave easter island aside, this is an island part of chile located in Polynesia, in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. It has an area of 163.6 km², which makes it the largest  island of the chilean territory with a population of 7 750 inhabitants, concentrated in Hanga Roa, the capital and the only existing town on the island. The island is one of the main tourist destinations of the country due to its natural beauty and its mysterious ancestral culture of the Rapanui ethnic group, whose most notable vestige corresponds to huge statues known as moai. To preserve these characteristics, the government administers the Rapa Nui National Park through Conaf, while Unesco declared this park a World Heritage Site in 1995.
